summer yoga & yoga nidra retreat

Camp Colton, Oregon

July 25 - 27, 2025

A weekend devoted to lighthearted rejuvenation and care in the serenity of a lush temperate rainforest.

A retreat is a sweet way to pause, lighten any heaviness you may be carrying, and soften into the wisdom of your heart. Our experience will invite in all of the above through the practice of yoga, yoga nidra, time in nature and fresh, nutrient-rich food.

Our retreat home is Camp Colton, a gorgeous and unique 80-acre getaway nestled among old growth forest trails, creeks and ponds, just 45 minutes from Portland.
