My greatest guides are creativity, honesty and compassion, and I strive to bring each to every space I hold for healing and growth.

I have been teaching yoga since 2012 and am devoted to being a lifelong student. I have fallen in love with many healing modalities, movement practices and developmental techniques that I bring to my offerings.

Whether private 1:1 or group work, weekly studio classes or retreats, I enjoy creatively combining disciplines to meet the unique needs and goals for each. These might include:

  • Yoga asana rooted in the lineage of ashtanga vinyasa

  • Pranayama, aka breathing practices that offer benefits ranging from mental clarity, to nervous system regulation, to core and pelvic floor stabilization

  • Aerobics and dance

  • Meditation

  • Therapeutic somatic work for strengthening and aligning the body after injury and/or injury prevention

  • Contemplative exercises such as journaling and guided creative practice

  • Integral Coaching

  • Yoga Nidra

As a teacher and coach, my mission is to see the freedom and peace found in practice as a catalyst for creatively contributing to the greater good.
