Anchored in intentional breath practice, each of my weekly studio classes combines a mix of breath-to-movement flow, held postures and therapeutic exercises with the goal of building strength and flexibility, and deepening alignment and awareness across mind, body and heart.
Each class is active with modifications, appropriate for all levels and abilities:
